At Indukern we have an Integrated Management System (IMS) that allows us to meet standars and requirements related to quality, safety and the environment . Committed to efficient and responsible management, we are up to date with all the regulations affecting each of the sectors we serve.
In 2016, the company obtained the Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificate based on the standard model OHSAS 18001. This certification verifies the effectiveness of our system for preventing occupational risks implemented in all our centres in Spain.
The structure of OHSAS 18001 is compatible with the international standard on Quality Management Systems UNE-EN ISO 9001: 2015. The purpose of that certification, which we also have, is to facilitate the integration of the most effective and satisfactory management systems for customers.
Indukern forms part of SMETA (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit), an association of large business groups that performs a single audit on common suppliers. The aim of this audit is to ensure that we comply with all legal aspects in the countries where we operate and it also assesses occupational health and safety, environmental and human resources policies, and what is known as business ethics or business integrity. Our company has obtained satisfactory results in this audit, which is why we are part of the Supplier Ethical Data Exchange (SEDEX).
In all our offices and facilities we apply internal policies on quality, ethical management and responsibility, as well as health, safety and environment, including everything related to food hygiene and safety. Indukern performs annual internal and external audits and drills in all its facilities and work centres with the participation of the entire staff.
We also have specific certifications for the different business areas.
